Healthcare Projects

Specialities have developed over the years, particularly in the Health Care sectors where we have been involved in work on Doctors Surgeries and new-build Nursing Homes over the last 20 years.

Doctors Surgeries

The Practice has been involved with around 30 Doctors Surgeries, including seven purpose built Medical Centres around the North West, ranging from 1 GP Surgeries through to several 5 GP Medical Centres.

Many of the Doctors need to improve and expand their existing premises to provide a wider range of facilities to serve their patients. Our involvement in these instances range from feasibility through to a full service where required.

Nursing Homes

The Practice has been involved with around 35 new-build Nursing Homes, from as far afield as Lancaster, Manchester, Warrington, Crewe, Burton-upon-Trent and Peterborough. The majority of these have been designed to accommodate 48 residents, with the remainder catering for between 30 and 70 residents.

As a consequence of site restrictions and the requirement of our clients, the Homes vary greatly in size, shape and complexity. The majority of the Homes tend to be two storey, but many are designed to include two and three storey elements, and a few have been designed as single storey Homes.

Assisted Living

Built projects include special needs houseing, elderly persons assisted flats, disabled persons housing, Leonard Cheshire Homes
