Survey
A fee for visiting site and carrying out a measured survey and preparing drawings and photographs of the existing building and/or site. This will allow us to have a drawn base on which we can start to design and layout the building.
If the site is of a complex shape and has varying levels, then we will obtain competitive fee quotes from land surveyors for the survey and preparation a topographical survey from which we can work.
