Sketch Design Stage

We will quote for a separate fee for producing ‘Sketch Designs’ for various options, and for developing initial outline designs to a stage that satisfies you, the client.

These alternative ‘Sketch Designs’ will include floor plans and elevations of the building along with a site plan showing how the building relates to the site, surrounding areas and neighbouring buildings. Once prepared, we will meet with you, the client, and explain our proposals for your consideration. Once you have had time to digest our ideas, we will meet again to finalise the brief with a view to us producing a final ‘Basic’ design.

There is scope for this final ‘Basic’ design to be amended through out the remainder of the Process.

Our fee quote will include for us to make initial enquires with the Local Planning Authority and other appropriate bodies relevant to the development, so as to establish their initial reactions to the development. We would then take on board their comments, amending the design prior to submitting a Planning Application where appropriate.
