Initial Meeting

An initial meeting with client on site is arranged at a convenient time to suit you the client, so as to establish an outline of the brief, to ascertain the site constraints and have an insight into the your operations and requirements. This initial meeting is usually free of charge.

At this meeting we will explain the procedure, timescales and relevant services we can offer you and explain the procedures and implications of any applications/approvals that may be required to enable the development to commence.

After this meeting we will prepare an itemised Fee Quote which in general confirms the following:
