As a Practice, Michael Rayner Associates, is a member of the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects), as is each of it’s Architect/Directors.
The title ‘Architect’ is protected, and only those who have qualified, and who are registered with the ARB (Architects Registration Board) can actually call themselves ‘Architects’.
Each project will be allocated to a Director, who is a qualified experienced Architect, and who will be ultimately responsible for the running of that project.
Each project will be quoted for on it’s individual merits.

Our role as an Architect within your building project can be as flexible as you want it to be. We can have a basic involvement or we can have a more comprehensive role of co-ordinating a specialist team of consultants such as landscape architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, interior designers, building contractors and subcontractors.
